Supply and Delivery of Ford Police Interceptor Vehicles with V-6 Gasoline Engine – Fleet Supply Agreement

SCOPE OF SERVICES

This request for quotations (the “RFQ”) is intended to secure Quotations from Contractors, in particular, prospective authorized dealers/distributors for the supply and delivery of Ford Police Interceptor Vehicles with V-6 Gasoline Engines to support the new Surrey Police Service (the “SPS”) throughout the term of the Agreement. Each vehicle is to be designed and manufactured specifically for law enforcement.

Initial Purchase - of approximately 40 current model year vehicles. Initial order may increase or decrease contingent upon availability of funding.

Subsequent Purchases (Optional) - of approximately 35-40 of the then current model year vehicles annually. Subsequent purchases will be determined by the Police Board’s annual approved budget and operational needs.

ADDENDA

If Purchasing Parties determine an amendment is required to this RFQ, the Procurement Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid website atwww.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the City website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”), and upon posting, any addenda will form part of this RFQ. It is the responsibility of Contractors to check the Websites for addenda. The only way this RFQ may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this RFQ or maybe relied upon by any Contractor. By delivery of a Quotation, the Contractor is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire RFQ, including any and all addenda.
