Whalley Pump Station Upgrades and Pump Station Generator Replacement

INVITATION TO TENDERERS

The Owner invites tenders for:
Supply, delivery, and installation of electrical equipment, pumping equipment, process piping, HVAC equipment, and civil utilities within and adjacent the Walley Water Pump Station located at 14620 105A Ave, Surrey, BC. AND Supply, delivery, and installation of electrical equipment at the Newton Pump Station located at 6275 128 Street, Surrey, BC

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website. No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD 2019 Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (2024)

Tenders are scheduled to close:

Tender Closing Date: December 20, 2024

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with “Tenders for Whalley Pump Station Upgrades and Pump Station Generator Replacement” and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8.

Note: the City has resumed opening tenders publicly at Surrey City Hall. Tenders are welcome to join the tender openings.
