Opening Ceremony with Mayor and Council
Join Mayor and Council as they participate in the Grand March to the Main Stage, accompanied by the Cedar Hills Caledonian Pipe Band. Then, Chief Harley Chappell of Semiahmoo First Nation will provide an Indigenous Welcome, Karishma Deo will sing O Canada, and the Opening Ceremony will commence.
