INVITATION TO LEASE THE FARMLANDS AT MOUND FARM PARK
5202 & 5288 – 168 STREET

The City is inviting Offers to Lease the farmland portions of the property located at 5202/5288 – 168 Street (the “Property”).  The Property is comprised of lowland farmlands and dedicated treed parklands.  A driveway separates the available farmlands into a north field and a south field, which measure in site areas as follows:

  • ±23.4 hectare (57.8 acre) North Field; and
  • ±24 hectare (59.3 acre) South Field.

Offers to Lease the North and South Fields must be submitted by 4:00 pm on March 19, 2020 to the Engineering Reception Counter, 4th Floor, 13450 – 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC  V3T 1V8.
