4. Submit written comments to Council
5. Provide comments to Council in person at City Hall
 

How to participate at an Electronic Public Hearing

1. Watch the livestream in person at City Hall
2. Watch the livestream on a personal device
3. Submit written comments to Council
4. Provide comments to Council by phone

 

Submit written comments to Council

Written submissions will be made public on the City’s website and distributed to Council. Submissions must be received by 12:00 noon on the day of the Public Hearing. Use email if you are attaching documents with your submission.

Register to speak at a Public Hearing

Speakers will have 3 minutes to provide comments to Council. Comments must be relevant to the bylaw under consideration at Public Hearing.

  • Register between 8:30am to 4:00pm on the date of the Public Hearing using the form below.
  • Register between 6:30 to 6:45pm on the date of the Public Hearing at City Hall.
