Meeting Agendas, Notices & Public Hearing Items for the Week of June 14, 2021.
Council meetings are held Monday evenings in accordance with the 2021 Council meeting schedule. Council meetings are simultaneously live-streamed on our website and recordings of recent meetings are also archived and available for viewing. In addition, you may wish to visit the bulletin board to view information released from closed meetings.
Public Hearings provide an opportunity for members of the public to provide comments to Council regarding Public Hearing items. You can find a list of the Public Hearing items to be considered at the next meeting below (after Meeting Schedule and Agendas).
If you'd like to speak or write to Council about your support or opposition to a Public Hearing item, or to learn about the process and what to expect, please review the Participating in Virtual Council Meetings page. You can provide your submission by email to email@example.com or by mail to Mayor and Council, 13450 - 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3T 1V8. The deadline to receive submissions is by 12:00 p.m. on the date of the Public Hearing.
Speakers will be provided five minutes for each Public Hearing item that they wish to address. For matters unrelated to Public Hearing items, including making a presentation and speaking at a Committee meeting, you must put in a request to appear as a delegation to Mayor and Council.

Public Notification - Secondary Suites in Comprehensive Development
Note: Pursuant to Section 464(2) of the Local Government Act, Council has waived the public hearing on these bylaws that support the inclusion of one secondary suite in comprehensive development zones that regulate single family dwellings and that have adequate lot size, width and depth to provide at least three off-street parking spaces.
