About Glenwood Park
In the park you'll find a number of large Douglas Firs that provide greenspace in the community. You'll also find a pathway network connecting the park with Glenwood Crescent and Arbutus Wynd, as well as the various cul-de-sacs in the neighbourhood.
One of the defining features of Glenwood Park is the pond at the south of the park adjacent to Glenwood Crescent. A trail loops around the pond, where you'll find benches for relaxing and watching the birds.
Glenwood Park was established in the mid 1980's as a result of the subdivision of the surrounding neighbourhood. As a result, it is a snaky linear park that runs behind a number of houses and connects to a number of roads and cul-de-sacs.
