Join the Salmon Habitat Restoration Program (SHaRP) for some fishy fun times at various events throughout the summer and fall each year.


Saturday, July 14

Honeybee Festival from 10am to 4pm

Buzz on over to our booth to find out how salmon and bees are interconnected. We will be offering arts and crafts for all ages!  Located at 7480 176 Street at the Honeybee Centre.

Saturday, July 21

Volunteer Invasive Plant Pull from 10am to 3pm

Come one, come all! SHaRP is hosting an event to help remove invasive plant species that are threatening Cougar Creek! Tool safety demonstrations will be given on the hour, every hour. Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring water. Street parking will be available on 121 Street and 68 Avenue. Find us at the colourful fish themed tent in the cul-de-sac at the end of 121 street next to Cougar Creek Park.

Saturday, July 28

7th Annual south Surrey Festival from 11am to 3pm

Swim on over to the South Surrey Recreation and Arts Centre at 14601 20 Avenue for salmon themed games and crafts! All ages welcome.
