Get Fit with Us

Surrey's recreation facilities offer a variety of programs for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Our recreation facilities feature the following:

  • Personal training,
  • Weight rooms with modern equipment such as TRX suspension,
  • Fitness/cardio studios,
  • Specific programs including Tai Chi and athletic conditioning
  • Specialty classes, such as spin, yoga, Zumba, Pilates and kick boxing.

Programs include both drop in and registered classes. Before you get started, download the PAR-Q+ Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire to see if you're ready to safely participate in a physical activity.

Childminding is also available at many of our recreation facilities. Please visit the individual recreation facilities to find childminding hours of operation.
