City of Surrey & SFU Transportation Talks

Transportation Talks is your chance to connect directly with transportation professionals to hear how concepts of community, walkability, accessibility, mobility, safety and more impact how transportation is planned.

Presented in partnership by the City of Surrey and the SFU City Program, the program tackles hot topic urban issues through a comprehensive introduction to the transportation system in the Lower Mainland, with a particular focus on Surrey.

During Transportation Talks, you'll hear from series of guest speakers that include policy- and decision-makers, planners, and engineers from city and regional governments, academia, private industry and the regional transit agency.

Sessions will take place on Thursdays from 6-9pm, except for the city bus tour, which takes place on a Saturday, as noted on the schedule.
