Expand your culinary skill and knowledge by tapping into the medicinal power of plant-based foods with holistic chef and author Joseph Forest.

The Food as Medicine program at A Rocha is designed for people who want to understand why fruits and vegetables are medicinal by nature, and how to incorporate more of them into your diet. Each class will also teach CSA members how to use those obscure ingredients found in the food box.

Using a combination of theory, recipe demonstration, hands-on participation, Q&A, and discussion, Chef Joseph will bring his passion and perspective about 'real food' to the table. A light lunch will be served alongside recipes made during class.

Join us outdoors under the gazebo this summer to be inspired and empowered to expand your kitchen repertoire. Be prepared to learn, eat, laugh and enjoy.
