Help grow Surrey’s urban forest by planting native trees and shrubs! Round out your National Tree Day celebration with live music, face painting, nature activities and a free hotdog lunch (while supplies last).

In partnership with Sri Guru Singh Sabha Gurdwara Association, an additional 550 trees and shrubs will be planted at the event to recognize Guru Nanak Devji's 550th birth anniversary.

Everyone is welcome to participate - no experience is required. Tools and training are provided.

Drop-in, rain or shine. Event may be cancelled in high winds or extreme weather conditions. Stay comfortable by wearing appropriate clothing for mixed weather conditions. Please wear sturdy footwear, layered clothing, and sun or rain protection.

Parking is available in the Maple Green Elementary School parking lot and along 84 Ave.

Groups of 10+ please contact us at 604-501-7687.
