All you have to do is download the participACTION app on your smart phone and track your physical activity during the two-week challenge at our free activities, offered at various recreation facilities.

The challenge runs from May 31 to June 16, 2019.

May 31 at 11:30am to 12:30pm | Newton Seniors Centre 

Join us for a free dance demonstration.

June 1 at 9am to 4pm | Newton Recreation Centre 

Drop by for fitness classes, aquatic fitness classes, table tennis, outdoor fitness activities, crafts, games, obstacle course, giveaways and snacks.

June 1 at 10am to 2pm | Newton Seniors Centre

Join us for an outdoor walking clinic.

June 1 at 12pm to 4pm | Newton Seniors Centre 

Play table tennis with others.

June 3 at 3:15pm to 4:15pm | Fraser Heights Recreation Centre

Play pickleball with your family.

June 5 at 11:45am to 12:45pm | South Surrey Recreation & Arts Centre

Seniors ages 55 and older can join a fitness class.

June 8 at 9:30am to 11am | Guildford Recreation Centre

Bring your little kids to a Stay and Play session.

Work up a sweat at a Zumba class. Ages 13 and older welcome.

Join a functional training class.

Move to the beat at a Dance Fit session.
