Description: This waterfront lot was acquired by Charles A. Welsh in 1914, and the house was built shortly afterwards. By 1927, the property had been acquired by pioneer brewer and industrialist Henry Reifel. Features Craftsman style two-storey massing with decorative knee braces, steep pitch roof, gable dormer, single hung wood sash windows with multi-pane upper sash.
