Description: Craftsman bungalow 1½ storey front gabled house with low pitched roof built in 1928. Features gabled dormer with knee brackets under gables, enclosed front porch multi-paned windows grouped in singles, doubles, and triples. Square columns supported roof of main entry porch. Cec Heppell worked for the municipality of Surrey for 44 years until 1964.
