Description: Built in 1924, combining Craftsman style in massing and materials, and vernacular interpretation of Italian Renaissance style having paired columns with arched entry and narrow windows grouped in threes.

Other features include square porch supports, chamfered central porch gable, vaulted porch ceiling and chamfered dormer. Site of original Henry Bose Farm.
