Public Programs at Historic Stewart Farm

Kids playing croquet in the grass

Customers will be unable to purchase any Parks, Recreation and Culture programs or memberships or book a facility rental from November 14 to 18, 2019 as we transfer information to the new online registration system.

The public programs at Historic Stewart Farm encourage back-to-basics, unplugged learning and playing for all ages. All with a heritage twist, our unique programs offer a glimpse into the past.

Programs for Children

Our Farm Tot programs are local favourites. With parent participation, they are a great way to bond with toddlers in a classic setting. Our birthday parties are one-of-a-kind, and Pro-D days and Spring Break take on a whole new meaning for the older kids at the farm! Children learn about the role of children in a working turn of the century homestead family.

Also don't miss our popular Badge Programs for Girl Guides and Boy Scouts.

Adult Programs

Learn about gardening or how to cook on a woodburning stove. Even sign up for a classic book club! Discover the programs offered for adults to re-connect you with heritage.

Teas

Join us for a rustic tea with treats and conversation farm style.
