With just ten spots available, expect an intimate dive into immersive experience of the art of Gongfucha. Taste three, premium, Chinese teas, and discover their origins and terroir. About the instructor
Claudia Tse is a curator of specialty tea and tea experiences. Claudia enjoys bringing people together through tea appreciation, education and practices. A certified THAC Tea Sommelier and Chinese Tea Master with TCI, you will find her brewing traditional Gongfucha one day, while creating tea mixology and pairing on another.
Claudia is co-founder of Teakan Tea, a women-owned boutique Tea Company based in Vancouver. They provide innovative and modern tea experiences, while honouring tea’s rich histories and cherished traditions.
