The City of Surrey, in collaboration with the Newton BIA, has launched a temporary pop-up plaza at 72 Avenue and 137 Street. The plaza is open until September 30, transforming this space into a vibrant community hub as part of the Focus Newton Action Plan. The initiative aims to enhance public spaces and foster community engagement in Newton. Stay updated at surrey.ca/focusnewton.

The plaza features seating, greenery, table tennis, games, a stage, and decorative lighting. Every Friday night at 5pm, enjoy live music performances by Neil Harnett, Rachael Chatoor, Ranj Singh, and Mike Kelly.
