Join us for movies, snacks and summer fun
Enjoy Outdoor Movie Nights for families this summer, a fun-filled three-event series presented by Recreation Surrey, Community Arts and Surrey Libraries.
Bring a blanket or lawn chair and arrive early to grab your spot on the great lawn. Family-friendly activities will begin at 7:30pm.
Recreation Surrey will be selling popcorn (cash only) and hosting a resource table, and food trucks will be offering snacks and beverages on site.
July 25 | Encanto
7:30pm: Pre-show activities begin and continue until the movie starts.
Food trucks: Teaspresso and Booster Juice
Movie start time: Dusk (approximately 9:00pm)
Film synopsis:
Encanto centres on Mirabel, the only Madrigal without a magical gift. When the family’s magic starts to fade, she sets out to uncover her own strengths and save their enchanted home. The film celebrates self-discovery and the importance of family bonds.
August 22 | Bolt

Film synopsis:
Bolt follows a dog who believes he has superpowers because of his role on a TV show. When he’s accidentally shipped from Hollywood to New York, he embarks on a real adventure to find his owner. Along the way, Bolt learns what true courage and friendship really mean.
