Visual artist Manjot Kaur will lead a series of artmaking workshops inspired by Rajesh Vora’s exhibition Everyday Monuments that shows photographs of rooftop sculptures found in India's Punjab region.
Participants will be invited to share stories about home, place, belonging, and identity through writing and storytelling. They'll also be invited to reflect on their relationship and memories with water.
Please bring any personal, everyday object such as a stone, photograph, used ticket, utensil, piece of cloth, receipt, etc. that reminds you of water and take home a surprise with you.
