About the Exhibit

Discover the commercial reality of textiles as a mass-produced disposable commodity. Explore and capture how the world is airing its dirty laundry, not on a clothesline, but in the landfills and oceans.

Nature's Clothesline unites six textile artists whose upcycled works offer awareness, insight and a celebration of solutions.  The exhibit looks to nature, inviting us to Re-think, Re-create, Respond, Recycle and Rejoice

This exhibit will remind people about our role in protecting the planet and connecting to the City of Surrey Sustainability Charter.
