Masks must be worn in all indoor public spaces throughout B.C., regardless of vaccination status. This includes all City facilities.

During COVID-19, we are encouraging residents to reach out to us online or over the phone to get the information they need. Many services that are done at City Hall are fully available online. See our full list of online services.

An appointment to visit Surrey City Hall in person is strongly encouraged to avoid long wait times. If you are unable to find the information you need online or by phone and still need to come to City Hall in person, please call the department you need at the numbers below to set up an appointment time.

Property Taxes, Utilities & Dog Licensing

You can also log in to your MyProperty Account to get information about your accounts and sign up for e-billing to ensure that you receive information in a timely manner.

Property tax and utility payments can be completed online through your financial institution. Dog licence payments can be completed and new licences can be purchased fully online through our online portal.
