Invitation to Offers to Purchase: The City invites offers to purchase the lot.  Interested persons or parties should submit an offer to purchase to the City of Surrey, Realty Services Division, Engineering Department, 13450 - 104 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3T 1V8 before 3 p.m. on Monday, November 15, 2021.  Offers received after this closing date and time will not be accepted or considered. Delays caused by any delivery, courier, or mail service(s) will not be grounds for an extension of the closing date.

All offers must be sealed and submitted in the Offer to Purchase form of document enclosed within the Information Package. Persons wishing to submit offers for more than one lot must do so by separate offers.

Minimum Offer Price: $460,000.00
