Statement from the Mayor: Passing of Queen Elizabeth II

It is with heavy heart to hear the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty has been a constant and steadying presence of our Commonwealth. On behalf of the people of Surrey, we extend deepest condolences to the Royal Family.
