Surrey City Hall will be closed for the holidays from December 25, 2020 to January 3, 2021. We will be reopening on Monday, January 4.
Surrey City Hall will be closed from Friday, December 25, 2020 to Sunday, January 3, 2021 for our annual holiday closure.
We will reopen by appointment-only on Monday, January 4, 2021.

Report COVID-19 Health Violations
To report an urgent situation where an individual or business is suspected of being in non-compliance with Public Health Orders, please report the violation by contacting Surrey Bylaw Call Centre at 604-591-4370 or the Surrey RCMP non-emergency line at 604-599-0502.

Report a Problem
Report a problem on City property by submitting a service request. For example, you can report illegal dumping, street light issues, or park problems for the City to fix.
There will be no waste collection on Friday, December 25 or Friday, January 1. As a result, waste collection services for the Friday collection zone will be changed to Saturday, December 26 and Saturday, January 2.
Collection day for all other collection zones will not change. Review your waste collection schedule to make sure your carts are out on the right days for pick up.
Building Permits & Site Reviews
During the holiday closure at City Hall, no building permit applications will be received, no building permits will be issued, and regular building, electrical, and plumbing site reviews by City officials will not be available.
