Campbell Heights Biodiversity Preserve is a new natural area park in South Surrey adjacent to theĀ Campbell Heights Local Area Plan. This 82 hectare (203 acre) preserve includes forest, creeks, wetlands and fields. The primary purpose of the preserve is habitat and biodiversity conservation, with future plans to provide walking trails and other compatible, low-impact amenities. Dogs are not permitted in this park.

Management plan

A management plan has been developed to guide the protection, design, development and operation of the preserve. The management plan was approved in January 2022.
