J.R. Douglas Park is located in the Fraser Heights neighbourhood of Guildford. The park features a mature second growth forest of Douglas Fir trees.
A nice pathway loops through the forest and takes you to pockets of open space ideal for picnics. A pathway at the southwest of the park will take you behind a row of houses and through to North Point Park at 161A Street.
A playground is also located at the north end of the park off 110 Avenue.
