The park is new 0.16 hectare (0.4 acre) park that is located in South Newton near the corner of 152nd St and Highway 10. We expect to complete construction between Winter 2023 - Spring 2024.
Park Planning Phase
The City of Surrey has completed the planning for a new neighbourhood park in South Newton near Panorama Village. The online survey generated over 450 responses. Residents were excited for a new park in their neighbourhood and showed support for several proposed amenities. With these results we have developed a park concept plan and are anticipating construction to begin in late 2023.
