Surrey Immigrant Integration Strategy 2016 - 2019

Surrey Refugee Integration Strategy

The Surrey Local Immigration Partnership (LIP) is a consortium of government, public and private institutions, business, non-profit and community agencies working together to strengthen Surrey’s integration of newcomers and build a more inclusive and welcoming city.

The Surrey LIP follows in the footsteps of the Surrey Welcoming Communities project that ran from 2012-2014. It has two strategies that have been adopted by Council: the Surrey Immigrant Integration Strategy (adopted May 2016), and the Surrey Refugee Integration Strategy (adopted July 2017).

For detailed information about both of these strategies, and more LIP news and information, please visit the Surrey LIP website.
