About the Fleetwood Community Centre

The Fleetwood Community Centre offers recreation, fitness and social opportunities for all ages. The Centre features 2 community halls, a weight room, fitness studio, seniors programs, the Fleetwood Youth Lounge and preschool/childminding rooms. 

Equipment in the weight room includes treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes, stair climbers and rowing machines, Atlantis Selectorized loaded weight training equipment, cardio theatre, BOSU balls, balance boards, stability balls and medicine balls.

The seniors circuit 55+ runs in the weight room on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 10:00am, so some equipment may not be available for use at these times.

The Fleetwood Community Centre is directly adjacent to a community park and the Fleetwood Library, which makes the Fleetwood Community Centre an ideal destination for recreation.

    Studio:  Challenge yourself to focus on proper technique to get the most our of a workout starting with step cardio and finishing off with punches and kicks or with body sculpt using balls, band and weights.

    Weight Room:  In this weight room based group exercise program you will use cardio and strength training machines. A great way to familiarize yourself with the weight room equipment.

  • Drop-In Fitness: Fitness Yoga - Adult 9:15AM - 10:15AMexpand

    Studio:  A blend of yoga postures, pilates exercises and fitness moves bringing the mind-body element to fitness conditioning.
