Hours of Operation

Pool

Monday to Friday: 5:30am to 10pm
Saturday and Sunday: 6:00am to 10pm

Weight room

Monday to Friday: 5:30am to 10pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00am to 8pm

Childminding

Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 12noon
Babies welcome. Parents must remain on site when children are in care.
Note: Childminding service hours change seasonally and are subject to change without notice.

  • Lane swimming will be extremely limited during meets.

Admission and Passes Fees

  • $4.00 admission during value swim times
  • Schedule is subject to change
  • Waterslide will not be open during lesson times

Or, get help with a personal trainer to achieve a healthier lifestyle that fits your schedule. Our Personal Trainers are registered with the British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association.

Free Monthly Swims on the third Sunday of each Month, from 3 to 5pm at Surrey Indoor Pools, courtesy of Westminster Savings. See the free family swim dates at other Surrey Pools.

    Spin Area:  Non-impact cycling workout that features a variety of drills including hills, sprints and intervals. A non-impact cardio workout! Your instructor will guide your ride through a terrain of hills and drills. You adjust the intensity to suit your comfort level throughout the ride.

    Main Pool Deep - Lane 1 (25m):  Deep water cardio workout, enhances strength, endurance power and speed. Use of float belt optional.

  • Drop-In Fitness: Spin - Adult 9:15AM - 10:15AMexpand

    Spin Area:  Non-impact cycling workout that features a variety of drills including hills, sprints and intervals. A non-impact cardio workout! Your instructor will guide your ride through a terrain of hills and drills. You adjust the intensity to suit your comfort level throughout the ride.

    Studio:  Dance themes, using a fusion of Latin and international music, create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness workout. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness program. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

    Shallow End (12/25/12):  A low impact shallow water cardio workout that enhances strength, endurance, power and speed.

  • Drop-In Fitness: Yoga - Adult 10:30AM - 11:45AMexpand

    Studio:  Features a combination of postures that focus on breathing, stretching and strengthening. An introduction to yoga. Focuses on stretching and relaxing exercises using a variety of techniques. May include a meditation component.

  • Swim - Gentle Joints - Value 11:15AM - 12:00PMexpand

    Shallow End (12/25/12):  A controlled low impact class. Combines slow movements with strength, power and muscle conditioning. Value pricing applicable during this time.

    Studio:  Group workout focused on endurance, agility, balance and core strength. Emphasis is placed on your core muscles. Work on proper balance, posture, and stability.
