About Fraser Heights Recreation Centre
The Fraser Heights Recreation Centre is located at the entrance to the Fraser Heights neighbourhood. The centre boasts a fitness studio, 2 gymnasiums and multi-purpose rooms. We are next to the youth park, outdoor basketball court and sports field. The centre is a natural drop-in location for all community members.
We will be open our Holiday hours from 8am-4pm on August 4th for BC Day.
All drop in programs that are prior to 8am or after 4pm are cancelled for August 4th.

We offer personal training options and have a selection of trainers to choose from:
To train with one of our awesome personal trainers fill out a request form in the Personal Trainer Brochure or fill out an and a trainer will contact you.
Fitness, Gym & Childminding Schedules
Childminding services are also available if needed.

- Drop-In Child Minding - Preschool 9:00AM - 11:00AM
Multi Purpose Room #3: Supervised child minding services in a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment are designed for children whose parents want to be active in programs onsite. Parents must remain in the building.
- Drop-In Fitness: Bootcamp 9:15AM - 10:15AM
Gymnasium 1: Increase strength, stamina and flexibility with a variety of fitness and athletic conditioning drills.
- Drop-In Fitness: Fitness Pilates - Adult 9:15AM - 10:15AM
Multi Purpose Room #4: Stretching and strengthening movements combined with specific techniques to produce natural, balanced muscle conditioning.
