Historic Stewart Farm
Welcome to your local heritage site—a gem nestled on Crescent Road along the Nikomekl River—where history comes alive, telling the story of a hardworking Surrey family in the early 1900s.
The farmhouse is open Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00-4:30pm. Elgin Heritage Park is open from dawn to dusk.

April at last!
It's officially spring with plants sprouting and buds beginning to bloom. It's a lovely time for rejuvenating walks on the grounds and along the river. Farm tykes will be onsite learning about worms and dirt while the grown-ups make deserts in the heritage kitchen.
Looking for some adult fun? The April 12 romantic comedy themed Silent Film Night still has space, as does the Ladies in Literature Classic Book Club beginning on April 18.
Spring Fest
May 4 | 12-4pm | Elgin Heritage Park
Ring in much awaited spring! After months of rain and grey skies, explore a new, vibrant event with multicultural musical guests, dancers, food vendors and a maker market.
Co-hosted by Historic Stewart Farm and Totest Aleng: Indigenous Learning House.
