Report non-emergency requests to the City with this easy tool. Your request will go directly to the right team to address your concern. 

Common reports include:

  • Illegal dumping
  • Sidewalk issues
  • Problems within parks

How to report

Start typing out your issue and choose an option from the list. 

  • You can also type in an address to see all the requests that have already been submitted nearby.
  • Use the tool as a guest or create a MySurrey account. If you create an account, you can check up on the status of your submission.
  • The City needs correct contact details to take action on a request. We do not accept anonymous requests.

If you need help reporting a problem, or would like to report an emergency that needs more immediate attention, such as a missing stop sign or broken traffic signal, call 604-591-4152.

In the case of injury or immediate danger, call 911 right away.
