It is accompanied by Surrey City Centre Library, the 3 Civic Plaza residential and hotel building, KPU and SFU campuses, and Surrey Civic Plaza – an outdoor civic square that connects City Hall with surrounding amenities.

If you're taking the SkyTrain to get here, take the Expo Line and stop at Surrey Central. If you will be arriving by bus, take any bus to the Surrey Central Bus Loop. Walk north for five minutes on 135 Street, then turn left on 104 Ave.
