Update: new digital platform

We are transitioning to a secure digital platform called bids&tenders for the sourcing of goods and services. This transition will help to facilitate more effective communication with our suppliers and allow for a more consistent and streamlined online bidding process.

How it works

• Suppliers must create a vendor account within the bids&tenders system (https://surrey.bidsandtenders.ca) to participate in the bidding process.
• Suppliers are not required to pay any fees or charges for accessing or downloading City procurement opportunities from this service.
• Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their vendor account information is kept current.
