Photo callout!

Do you have a great photo taken at Historic Stewart Farm? Share it with us! We want to update our website with photos of our visitors. More importantly, we want people to visit our website and see it through your lens! We are gathering visitor photos until April 4, 2024. When we use your photo on our website, we will credit you. Photos will be changed regularly throughout the year.

Photos we are looking for:

  1. Narrow horizontal photos that zoomed out, and
  2. Various sized photos of people enjoying the farm

How to submit a photo:

Full rules & regulations
  1. ENTRY PERIOD: The callout begins at 8:00 PM on March 4, 2024, and ends on April 4, 2024.
     

  2. ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be nineteen (19) years or older to enter this callout.
     

  3. HOW TO SUBMIT:

    • Post a photo in the comments of related posts on Facebook at Tag @StewartFarmBC.
    • Tag @StewartFarmBC on Instagram.
    • Submit photo(s) by email to stewartfarm@surrey.ca. Late or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
       
  4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

    • The City of Surrey will have the right to use the entry you submitted on their website.
    • Participants agree that the City of Surrey will have the sole discretion in determining the extent and manner of use of the photos on their website.
    • Participants acknowledge that the photos may be posted in the Historic Stewart Farm, on the websites of the City of Surrey and the Historic Stewart Farm, and related social media accessible to anyone with Internet access.
    • Photo credits will be included on photos used on surrey.ca.
       
  5. USE OF PHOTOS:

    • Photos may be used on the Historic Stewart Farm website throughout 2024 and 2025.
    • Photos may appear on City of Surrey social media channels, specifically on Facebook at Historic Stewart Farm and on Instagram at @StewartFarmBC.
       
  6. SELECTIONS OF WINNER:

    • Submitted photos will begin being posted on the Historic Stewart Farm website on April 5, 2024.
    • Decisions of the City of Surrey regarding the administration of the callout, interpretation of the Official Rules, and the selection of photos will be final.
       
  7. PRIVACY:

    • The City of Surrey adheres to both federal and provincial privacy legislation.
    • Any personal information collected during this contest will not be shared with third parties.

We are also sprucing up date night with a Romantic Comedies edition of Silent Film Night on April 12. Our popular popular teas are also selling out fast.
