Her music style ranges between inspirational lyrics and country blues melodies with an alternative style, and blues with over 20 recorded songs .She has published sixteen books of new age material, and two CDs. Her latest CD "At Times it Seems" features sixteen original songs written by Michaela. Michaela has hosted her own radio show called Music and Transcendence Radio show on various networks including FM radio in Eastern Townships. Michaela is also a holistic coach, and has been published in many magazines including the holistic print journals Light Bridges Magazine, and Recovering the Self, a journal of hope and healing.

Her stage name comes from a brief yet fabulous stint dancing at a gay bar, where she learned to hone her craft. She also has a background in being a comedic actor—she's generally an overall captivating performer. She's also a huge advocate for the LGBTQ2S+ community and performed at the Port Coquitlam Pride Festival last year. Shauna’s voice has been shaped by singing along to soulful queens like Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys and Celine Dion. Throw in the '80’s edge of Prince, and the nostalgic yet modern grooves of Dua Lipa, you get Miss Shauna.

Mivule Logo
Active since 2019, Mivule is a four piece multicultural band incorporating the sounds of Reggae, Afrobeat and Dub, with lyrics in English and various African languages. The band's songs draw heavily on the experiences of Brian, the lead singer and South Sudanese refugee. The name “Mivule” is derived from the Mivule Tree, which is a type of teak wood tree found in Uganda. The tree is a place where the village meets to settle disputes. Mivule represents a collaborative process of making peace.

We are called Mountain Sound and are based out of the beautiful west coast of British Columbia Our songs grapple with all things life related, both the ups and downs and the in between. Our sound is influenced by the many musical sounds that we continue to grow up on including soul, rock, folk, reggae and bluegrass to name a few. Mud Bay are a high energy five piece original roots and blues group that generates excitement and fun with audiences of all ages. The band formed in 1978, and have become known on the strength of their recordings of original compositions being played on satellite, internet and community FM stations across Canada with airplay on CBC Saturday Night Blues, Stingray Music and on FM, community and internet stations in Europe and the UK. Mud Bay have played sold out live shows for the Fraser Valley Blues Society, Dream Cafe in Penticton, Vernon Jazz Club and Blue Frog Studios in White Rock. Mud Bay has performed at the Fort Langley Jazz and Arts Festival in 2019, the Burnaby Roots and Blues Festival and the Calgary Intl. Blues Festival.

Natalia Pardalis is a second generation music educator and an award-winning artist and educator. She holds several degrees and diplomas in music and has also completed advanced vocal studies at Shenandoah University. She has released two studio albums and is preparing to release a third. As well, Natalia is popular as an adjudicator and judge most recently at the 2022 JUNO Awards. Natalia teaches in-studio & online piano lessons and voice lessons in Surrey. Natalia is also the Artistic Director of Maria’s Records where she oversees a yearly conference “Canada Music Week,” a workshop series, a concert series, a music festival, and their artists’ development.

Natalie Yergatian

Natalie Yergatian has been an active musician since the age of fourteen years old. After graduating from Semiahmoo Secondary in 2013, having performed with the school jazz band, Natalie moved to Montréal to complete her bachelor’s degree in jazz performance (drums). While in Montréal, Natalie was in the group, SHYRE, who toured the east coast extensively and performed at the Montréal Jazz Festival in 2014, 2016, and 2017. Natalie also performed with various jazz and pop artists in Quebec before returning to her hometown of Surrey, BC, where she is currently involved in the Worship ministry at Peace Portal church and is writing her own songs for the first time since her debut EP in 2017, entitled “Contreforts” (French for “The Foothills").
