148 Street Road Improvements from 58 Avenue to 64 Avenue

INVITATION TO TENDERERS

The Owner invites tenders for:

Tenderers are invited for works under Contract No. 1718-040-11 involving roadworks construction of approximately 1.2 kilometers of 148 Street and paving of approximately 200m of 64 Avenue, including common excavation, asphalt pavement, pavement marking & signage, imported granular materials, new pedestrian and traffic signals, surface drainage works, and approximately 430m of new storm sewer and 45m of new watermain.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website. No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April, 2020)

Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8. Note the City has resumed opening tenders publicly at Surrey City Hall. Tenders are welcome to join the tender openings.
