2023 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Relining Program

INVITATION TO TENDERERS

The Owner invites tenders for:

CIPP reline approximately 2800m of 150mm to 250mm dia sanitary sewers and provide optional pricing for service connections at various site locations in the Robson neighbourhood of Surrey.

This tender is being issued electronically through the BC Bid website (www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the tender documents directly from the BC Bid website. No registration, tracking or other recording of tender document holders will be performed by the Owner. All addenda, or further information will be published through the BC Bid website. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the BC Bid website regularly to check for updates.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April, 2020)

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with “Tenders for Contract No. 4723-005-11 2023 Sanitary Relining Program” and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8.

Submit the Tender electronically in a single pdf file which must be received by the City by email at: purchasing@surrey.ca Confirmation of receipt of email will be issued.

Note the City has resumed opening tenders publicly at Surrey City Hall. Tenders are welcome to join the tender openings.
