District Energy Piping System Expansion (Phase 8)

The Owner invites tenders for: 
 

Supply & install district energy systems including in-building pre-insulated steel pipes, leak detection systems, communication conduit, testing, and other related works.

The contract is located for 6 sites:

Site 3 (E-19076) - Optional: Rize Parks & Yards development. Approximately 35m trench installation of 100mm and 200mm dia. piping.

Site 4 (E-19302): Ascent and Georgetown developments. Approx. 590m trench installation of 100mm, 20mm, and 300mm dia. piping.

Site 7 (E-19074): Sunshine Housing development. Approximately 6m trench installation of 100mm dia. piping.

Site 8 (E-16733): PCI Phase D development. Approximately 5m trench installation of 100mm dia. piping.

Site 9 (E-19517): Melrose development. Approximately 30m trench installation of 100mm dia. piping, including hot tapping.

Site 10 (E-18149): Park George - 100 Ave 150 mm district energy line extension and service to 13768/13778 100 Ave. Approximately 65m trench installation of 150mm dia. piping

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April, 2020)

Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8. Note the City has resumed opening tenders publicly at Surrey City Hall. Tenders are welcome to join the tender openings.
