INVITATION TO TENDERERS

The Owner invites tenders for:

Construction of district energy systems including district energy pre-insulated steel pipe, leak detection systems, communication conduits, and related works.
Installation and commissioning of owner-supplied temporary energy center (TEC), including site servicing and related works.

The contract involves district energy systems located at four sites:

Site E-18224 (TEC): 13458 107A Ave.
• Installation of Temporary Energy Centre, including all site servicing

Site E-18108 (Legion): City Parkway from TEC to 106 Ave.
• Approximately 200m trench length of 150mm and 100mm piping.

Site E-17544 (Centra): 101 Ave. from Whalley Boulevard to 13868, 101 Ave.
• Approximately 390m trench length of 400mm, 200mm, 150mm and 100mm piping

Site E-16808 (Townline): 133 Street from Central Avenue to 10160, 133 St.
• Approximately 415m trench length of 150mm and 100mm piping

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April, 2020)
