District Energy System Phase 8 Site 1 (E-17268) and Site 2 (E-18147)

The Owner invites tenders for: 

Supply & install district energy systems including in-building pre-insulated steel pipes, leak detection systems, communication conduit, testing, and Other related works. The contract is located for 2 sites:

Site 1 (E-17268): Holland Parkside development. Approximately 420m
trench installation of 150mm and 200mm piping.

and

Site 2 (E-18147): Belvedere development. Approximately 350m trench
installation of 100mm and 200mm piping.

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April, 2020)

Canada V3T 1V8. Note the City has resumed opening tenders publicly at Surrey City Hall. Tenders are welcome to join the tender openings.
