Pipe and Fittings Installation of 300mm Water Main for 420 Meters to be Installed – Project: W-10342

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

SPECIFICATIONS

The Contractor, to the satisfaction of the City, shall furnish all necessary labour, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary for the supply and delivery of the Good(s) and any additional work reasonably required to be done for the fulfillment and completion of this Agreement.

All Goods shall conform to City of Surrey’s Supplementary Master Municipal Construction Documents, edition dated April, 2020, as attached for reference in Schedule A-1.

DELIVERY

All Goods to be delivered F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid including HIAB off-load and place at job site(s). Goods to be delivered to job site(s) on an “as, if and when required” basis. Goods delivery instructions and timeline to be confirmed by the City upon placement of an order.
Note: The work planned for these Goods is estimated to begin in mid January 2024 and should be required at 6651 - 148 Street, Surrey B.C, weather permitting.

ADDENDA

If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the City website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”), and upon posting, any addenda will form a part of this RFQ. It is the responsibility of Contractors to check the Websites for addenda. The only way this RFQ may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum. No other communication, whether written or oral, from any person will affect or modify the terms of this RFQ or may be relied upon by any Contractor. By delivery of a Quotation the Contractor is deemed to have received, accepted and understood the entire RFQ, including any and all addenda.
