Special Events Production Team

In order to submit a response, all vendors are required to sign up for a Vendor Account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this solicitation, which will enable vendors to download Bid Documents, submit questions, receive Addenda notifications, and submit their responses.  Vendors will acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their submission through bids&tenders.

Addenda

Addenda for this solicitation will only be posted to bids&tenders.  Once issued, all addenda will form part of the solicitation. It is the vendor's responsibility to review all addenda documents prior to submitting their responses.
