INVITATION TO TENDERERS

The Owner invites tenders for:

The project consists of the following works:

  • New pump station complete with FRP wet well, site works, electrical and controls, water services, and drainage
  • Supply and installation of valves, pumps, process piping, and valve chamber
  • 135m of 200mm HDPE sanitary sewer gravity construction (124m of trenchless sewer pipe bursting and 11m of open cut sewer pipe installation)
  • 180m of 150mm HDPE sanitary sewer force main construction (125 of trenchless sewer pipe bursting and 55m of open cut sewer pipe installation)
  • Permanent asphalt and gravel restoration of the trench
  • FRP wet well and precast concrete manholes
  • 3 sanitary service connection transfers
  • 6 sanitary service connection replacements
  • 4 sewer tie-ins (including 1 GVS&DD manhole tie-in)
  • Decommissioning and removal of existing station

The Contract is based on the MMCD Platinum Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (April, 2020)

Tenders should be submitted in a sealed package, marked on the outside with “Tenders for Stevenson Sanitary Pump Station Replacement” and must be received at the first floor Main Reception/Information Desk, Surrey City Hall, 13450-104 Avenue, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 1V8. Note the City has resumed opening tenders publicly at Surrey City Hall. Tenders are welcome to join the tender openings.
