Art Together

Doing a collaborative painting with local artist Jim Adams

Make art, meet friends, and share your ideas!

This is a unique opportunity to create do-it-together art projects and learn a range of art media shoulder-to-shoulder with emerging to established mentoring artists. Free drop-in, all ages welcome.

Art Together meets from 6 to 8pm on these dates in the fall:

October 2 & November 6 | Illuminated Textiles with Roxanne Charles and Debbie Tuepah

Make a collaborative textile and light-based installation alongside mentoring artists Roxanne Charles and Debbie Tuepah. On November 6, we’ll add to the installation and experience it as part of the Garden Light Festival in Bear Creek Park.

December 4 | Fabric Collage with Bettina Matzkuhn

Explore a variety of textiles and create a fabric collage with Connecting Threads artist Bettina Matzkuhn. We will be drawing our designs and hand sewing them into postcard-size scenes using the versatile stitching techniques.
