Take the team down to play on the baseball fields, or wander through the forest of Bolivar Park.
City parks are open for casual use. To minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission, stay home when sick, stay 2 metres apart, do not gather in groups, and wear a mask in crowded spaces. Spectators for outdoor sports are not permitted as per new public health orders.
Dawn until dusk
Bolivar Park is a large community park in North Surrey. With parking accessible from 115 Avenue, you'll find multiple baseball fields, a field house and washroom building, playground and a number of picnic tables.
In the south and east of the park you'll find a large forested area with multiple forest trails. Some of these areas offer a higher elevation with stunning views of New Westminster and the Fraser River.
Bolivar Dog Off-Leash Area
Bolivar Park includes a two-acre fenced dog off-leash area, located east of the main parking lot. It is mostly open field grass, ideal for running your dog or a game of catch. Note that this park offers the same area for dogs of different sizes.
