REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST / STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

You are invited by the Anniedale Multifamily Developments Ltd. (Developer) to submit a Request for Expression of Interest / Statement of Qualifications, (RFEI / SOQ), for the pre- qualification to provide construction services for Anniedale-Tynehead 172 Street Sanitary Pump Station. The Work to be constructed will be completed in one phase under one lump sum price contract. This RFEI/SOQ submission will be used to shortlist contractors. Proponent submissions will be reviewed by an Evaluation Team consisting of representatives from both the City of Surrey and the Developer and recommendations are subject to approval by the GM of Engineering.

The extents of the work are shown on the Overall Key Plan in Appendix C. The work includes construction of a municipal sanitary pump station within an SRW over the existing lot 17141 92 Avenue. Work includes temporary access to the work site using the existing culvert crossing any fortifications required, pipe works within the lot, siltation control, works within the pump station building, odour control systems, and surface works for vehicle access around the building, including grading and retaining wall works as required to facilitate the final proposed grades of the site. The Contractor is responsible for providing temporary power, as required, to complete the works.

Inquiries should be made no later than four (4) days before the Closing Date. The Owner reserves the right not to respond to inquiries made within four (4) days of the Closing Date.
